Our Story
For Robert Viox, Matteo’s is a new culinary chapter. "I wanted to create a space where friendships grow over great food," he shares. With Esteban and Miguel leading the way, that vision became reality.
Friends for years, Esteban (Chef) and Miguel (Director of Restaurant Operations) bonded over their love for cooking. "Freshness is non-negotiable," Esteban says. "Great ingredients make all the difference."
The "Eat Good Food" tagline defines their philosophy—quality, freshness, and authenticity. Their Guatemalan roots shape both flavors and hospitality. "We want guests to feel like family," Miguel adds, "because food is about sharing a piece of ourselves.”
